Wordless Wednesday...

Weeeeee!

When we were at my parents' house to celebrate Mother's Day, the weather was awesome.  My mom went out to the backyard and cleaned off the baby swing.  Avery had her first swing, and she was in heaven!

Thankfully, we have baby swings at our local park.  And I know what we'll be doing this summer whenever we go visit Gramma and Bompa!

It's High Chair Time...

I can't believe I'm posting about Avery sitting in her high chair already.  How can she be big enough?

Well, the truth is that she actually isn't.  The little peanut's straps are tightened as far as they'll go and they're still gapping around her!

However, I got out the chair about a week ago so that she can get used to sitting in it before we start her on solids in a few weeks.

Let's just say that she loves sitting in it.  The swing went away because she was showing disdain for it every time I put her in there.  So now, when I need to unload the dishwasher or make my breakfast or cook dinner and Stephen can't be with her, she goes in the high chair and she really loves her view!

Five Months Old...

Avery turned five months old on April 24th!  It was just such a busy weekend that I am just now posting about it.

Can I just take a minute to express how much I love my baby girl?

So much.

Here's a video of Avery having tummy time.  That thing hanging there has a lion face on it and she has loved it since she first noticed it months ago.
